On Thursday the Spice Girl turned fashion designer was being shot for Vogue and treated fans to a behind the scenes look at the hot shoot.

Highlighting her cheeky side, the 41-year-old shared a snap of herself showing off just how flexible she is as she posed with one leg raised in the air. And proving she’s quite the multitasker, she also appeared to be filing her nails.
