Two Arrested For Vandalising Transformer Cables (Photos)

Abia state vigilante group have arrested two suspects for allegedly vandalizing an electricity transformer cables. One of the suspect, David, confessed to have vandalized over 15 transformers in Abia since their operations in the city.
