They can be the result of your everyday stress. it’s always super tempting to just take a painkiller and hope for the best. You should put in mind though, that painkillers aren’t your only options for pain relief and might not even be the most effective one. I personally don't take pain killers for headache. Lavender Oil

Crush some fresh ginger and boil it in hot water,filter the mix and drink. Another way is to just inhale the vapor of some crushed ginger in hot water.
Basil
Basil works as a muscle relaxant,so it is helpful for headaches caused by tension and tight muscles. Prepare a fresh cup of basil tea. Put fresh basil leaves into a cup and pour boiling water over it and let it sit for few minutes,before you sip.It also works if you chew it fresh. Basil leaf is also known as scent leaf in Nigeria

PDP Beg Buhari Not To Send Looters To Jail
The Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Bauchi state, Alhaji Bashir Rimi-Zaya has advised President Muhammadu Buhari against sending those accused of looting the public treasury to jail, stressing that they should be allowed to continue living with the terrible shame they brought upon themselves.
During an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Bauchi, Bashir Rimi-Zaya requested that all public funds stolen by corrupt officials should be recovered from them.
He expressed support to the President on the fight against corruption and efforts at recovering stolen funds, saying “retrieve the loots from the looters but don’t prosecute or send them to jail.
“Anyone who has stolen public fund, even if it is me, should return the exact amount to the public treasury.
“But, I am begging Buhari to set the looters free and allow them to continue to live in terrible shame they have brought to themselves.”
The PDP chieftain further expressed satisfaction with the judiciary in the handling of corruption cases but cautioned that the government should be discerning in some of the matters.
“We all know that there are good judges and good lawyers, and there are bad judges and lawyers, therefore, Buhari should ensure that corrupt cases are sent to credible judges and lawyers,” he stated.

The video of the single Surulere, was quite unique. What were you trying to achieve with the concept?
I was simply trying my hand at acting. I had already shot a film with Moses Inwang, titled The Last Six Digits. So, with Surulere, I wanted a fun video. Frank Donga and I were the lead actors and Donga’s facial expressions were spot on and hilarious. I call him the Nigerian Frank Spencer. We both came up with the concept and I planned for Oba Saheed Elegushi to play a cameo role in the video but it wasn’t possible.
You seem to have an inclination for dance songs…
My last album had a variety of songs like Chop Ogbonna and Surulere. I like to get my audience involved in my stage performances. I intend to direct more videos and that was why I attended a film school in order to pursue my passion in filmmaking. I also have a short film, which I released on YouTube. My goal is to make movies that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Do you think you have gotten to the stage where you can leave music for video directing?
Both industries are intertwined which means that I can make music and also come up with a creative concept for the video during my spare time.
Some say your songs sound alike. Do you agree?
I don’t think my songs sound alike. Baby Tornado sounds completely different from Surulere. I think people need to change the way they listen to my songs. The only thing I think is peculiar to my songs is that I like songs people can sing along to. I have been in this industry for 13 years and I have studied the market to an extent. A friend recently drew my attention to the fact that the only musicians who started out at about the same time I launched my music career are Sound Sultan and 2face. I was stunned and it means that I must be doing something right to still be around till date. I must thank the fans who have taken out time to listen to and understand my sound. I constantly try to improve on my sound and craft. My happiest moments are when I am performing on stage.

Mercy, who hails from Benue State, on March 10, had been called by a friend to attend the job interview, Punch Newspaper reports that the suspects allegedly diverted the bus to Costain, Iponri area, assuring their victim that they were only taking a different route to the island.
When the bus got to Costain, under the bridge, the four allegedly robbed Mercy of her Automated Teller Machine card, her purse and other documents. The suspects also allegedly raped the lady before driving off.
Meet West Africa’s First Frozen Egg Baby
Egg freezing is one of the ground breaking fertility solutions in modern day motherhood. Basically, egg freezing is a process in which a woman’s egg is extracted, frozen and stored. Later, when she is ready to become pregnant, the eggs can be thawed, fertilized, and transferred to her uterus as an embryo which she can deliver like every normal baby.
A fertility specialist at the Bridge Clinic Dr. Emmanuel Owie explained the process saying:
“Tiwatope’s mother had her eggs frozen for two months, using the vitrification, also known as flash-freezing, process. This is the cutting edge technology in cryobiology, where the eggs or oocytes of a woman is dehydrated and the water content is replaced with ‘anti-freeze’ solution (cryoprotectants) before freezing. This will prevent the formation of ice crystals which could destroy the cell.
We fertilized the eggs using a standard technique known as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) to overcome the egg shell which normally gets hardened with freezing. The fertilized egg was subsequently transferred into her womb, resulting in the pregnancy with Tiwa. She had her antenatal care in her family hospital and delivered the baby boy through Caesarian Section”
The Bridge clinic center hopes that this would profer an alternative for Nigerian women who travel to India and Europe to get their eggs freezed.
There are about 5000 babies who have been born from frozen eggs with a proven low risk of birth defects. Women freeze their eggs if they will undergo Chemotherapy or face radiation which usually causes infertility. Some others choose to do it for family planning reasons or when menopause is getting closer, or just for other personal reasons.
