I am not under any pressure to get married. It’s the society that puts pressure on women not minding that divorce rates are high. I was once in a long term relationship with Maje Ayida and it has come to an end. I think it’s unfair for me to speak about our relationship because he is not here to defend himself. He is an amazing guy but it was not meant to be. It’s strange being single again but I am taking it one step after the other. One of the mistakes I made in my last relationship is that we dated for a long time. They were amazing years but they were also 12 long years. When you are faithful to someone, know what you can tolerate. My Mr Right has to be God-fearing, who would not do certain things because he is God-fearing. TIWA SAVAGE AND DR SID TO HOST THE HEADIES 2013
Mavin First Lady Tiwa Savage and Dr Sid, have been announced as hosts for the 2013 edition of The Headies Nigeria’s biggest and most prestigious music awards.According to the organizers of the awards, both artistes have been selected in line with the awards’ tradition of picking talented and inspiring entertainers, to host the awards ceremony which parades some of the continent’s biggest entertainers.
Tiwa Savage has earned a place for herself as one of Nigeria’s favourite artistes since the release of her 2010 debut single Kele Kele Love. The song which was released while Tiwa was still in the US, topped charts instantly but it was the follow up single ‘Love me, Love me, Love me’ that won the hearts of many.
Speaking on The Headies 2013, Tiwa says, “Being the 8th year, it’s not easy to be consistent in a country like Nigeria. So kudos to the organizers for creating an award by Nigerians for Nigerians…it’s always sketchy when the nomination list comes up, like this year. We are not going to touch on that, we’ll just wait for the night and address those issues and we’ll go ‘all Kanye West’ on the awards…”
Joining Tiwa at The Headies 2013 as co-host, is her label mate Sidney ‘Dr SID’The Over the Moon crooner was excited when he learnt that organizers’wants him to co-host The Headies 2013. ‘I’ve been trying to host this event for the past 6 years, I’ve waited to be called to no avail and this year I’m hosting. Wow! I’m so emotional right now, I’m glad for this opportunity,’ Dr SID expressed.

According to Punch, Saheed Balogun had once said in an interview that he would stop her Fathia Balogun, from using his name when he was ready, saying:
